Chef Jason Roland will be serving Shrimp Salad on Homemade Crostinis, Cherry Tomatoes, stuffed with Proscuitto and Feta, Beef Tenderloin Bites on Rosemary Foccacia with Horseradish Aioli and Chives, Crawfish & Roasted Shallot Pasta with Parmesan Reggiano Cream, Spinach, Roasted Artichoke & Gruyere Cheese Dip, Fig & Sugarcane Glazed Smoked Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon Peach Chutney and, for dessert, White Chocolate Fondue with Fresh Fruit for Dipping!
