Join us as Jason Roland, Chef, prepares a fantastic menu of Crispy Fried Plaquemines Parish Oysters, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Caramelized Onion & Gruyere Cheese Tarts, Pecan Crusted Chicken Tenders, Shrimp & Corn Soup, Oyster~Artichoke Bisque, Balsamic Pear & Steak Crostinis, Cheese Display, Country Broccoli Dip, Bourbon Barrel wood Smoked Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon Peach Chutney, Pasta Salad with Feta Cheese, Greek Olives & Hearts of Palm, Crawfish Pasta with Roasted Shallots and Parmesan Reggiano Cream, Balsamic Marinated & Grilled Vegetables and many more treats!

Valentine's Dinner at Sage Hill Antiques

Jumbo Boiled Gulf Shrimp with Remoulade Sauce, Oyster Artichoke Bisque with Cripy Fried Oyster, Applewood Smoked Bacon-Wrapped Filet of Angus Beef with Pinot Noir Demi Glace, Lemon Buttered Asparagus and Three Cheese Potatoes au Gratin. And for desert, individual Chocolate "molten" cakes with Bushmill's Irish Whiskey Creme Anglaise and Fresh Raspberries.
