We are gearing up for a fabulous weekend!  We are catering a party tonight for the LSU School of Art and providing trays for the Karnival Krewe de Louisianne.  Thanks so much to all of you who have ordered from us.
We've been booking weddings and events like crazy and owe most of it to our wonderful previous clients and brides who constantly refer us.  Jason & I truly appreciate the relationships we've built with our clients and brides.

Heirloom Cuisine & Desert Plantation's Annual Open House & Tasting from 2-5 at Desert Plantation.
Join us as Jason Roland, Chef, prepares a fantastic menu of Crispy Fried Plaquemines Parish Oysters, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Caramelized Onion & Gruyere Cheese Tarts, Pecan Crusted Chicken Tenders, Shrimp & Corn Soup, Oyster~Artichoke Bisque, Balsamic Pear & Steak Crostinis, Cheese Display, Country Broccoli Dip, Bourbon Barrel wood Smoked Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon Peach Chutney, Pasta Salad with Feta Cheese, Greek Olives & Hearts of Palm, Crawfish Pasta with Roasted Shallots and Parmesan Reggiano Cream, Balsamic Marinated & Grilled Vegetables and many more treats!
