Upcoming Tasting Opportunities for Heirloom Cuisine, LLC
Dear Friends, Clients, Potential Brides, Past Brides and Families of Brides,
Heirloom Cuisine will be offering several "tasting" opportunities in the upcoming months. The bridal shows are geared more towards weddings, but the Desert Plantation Open House and Natchez Chamber of Commerce After Hours & Ribbon Cutting will be really fun, too!
We like to keep in touch with all of our clients - past, present, future, potential, etc. Our "tastings" are a great opportunity for you to come out and see our newest food creations, latest decorating styles and get to visit with our fabulous staff (meaning me, of course!).
Most of the Tastings in 2012 will be held in January and February. There will always be other opportunities for tastings (such as the Old Governor's Mansion Gala in October, The LASM Gala in September and the Capitol Chef's Showcase in September) and I'm sure we'll end up with a few more bridal shows and Galas under our belt before the end of the year. That said, I highly encourage you to attend any and all of the ones listed below. Because they are the first of the year, we will really be showing off and have lots of new menu ideas like Balsamic Pear & Steak Crostinis, Duck Rilette with Raspberry Pink Peppercorn Jam, Mini Grilled Cheese Triangles with Crawfish and Tomato Marmalade and Lobster Ravioli with Saffron Cream (in addition to our “old stand-bys” like Plaquemines Parish Oysters with Jalapeno Tartar)!

We respectfully request that you bring no more than 4 guests. If you need to bring more, just give us a call so we can plan for it. Also, kids are more than welcome! Although I don't plan to bring mine (but that's just because -as most of you know- I wouldn't be able to get a thing done with all 3 under foot!)
Please call or email me with any questions. I'm attaching flyers on all the events to this email.
Hope you all had a Fabulous Holiday and a Safe New Year. We are looking forward to a wonderful 2012! and don't forget to call or email if you're in need of our catering services! Please feel free to forward to any friends, family, media or clients that you think might be interested!
